Assignment 1: Describe the benefits to the (1) the employer and (2) employees from involving everyone in the hazard identification process.
Assignment 2: Give one example of a hazard in your workplace in each of the four general hazard areas and describe how you might use engineering or management controls to eliminate that hazard.
Assignment 3: There are five basic methods you can use to identify workplace hazards. Describe how your company uses each of the five methods, and each how each method helps to improve safety in the workplace.
