Assignment 1: Discuss why it is important for the employer to first consider implementing engineering controls before relying solely on personal protective equipment to protect the employee.

Assignment 2: Discuss the four root causes discussed in the course that could contribute to low rates of compliance in wearing PPE.

Assignment 3: Discuss the basic required subjects that must be taught for most PPE training. Discuss the training strategy you would use to conduct the training.
