Disclaimer for Agriculture Labor Housing Checklist

This is not a comprehensive checklist of all occupational safety and health hazards associated with agricultural labor housing. This checklist is used as an inspection aid by Oregon OSHA compliance officers. It is necessary to supplement this checklist with applicable standards from Division 4. It is the operator's responsibility to know and comply with agricultural labor housing rules.
