OR-OSHA (Adopted Rules)

Federal OSHA publishes final rules in the Federal Register. Oregon OSHA has six months from the Federal Register publication date to adopt those changes or create an Oregon initiated rule that is as effective as the Federal rule.

OR-OSHA offers an e-mail notification service that notifies you when rules are updated (link opens a new window). You can subscribe to specific divisions or all rules.
