Oregon OSHA Ergonomics

Ergonomics is the science of how a person interacts with their work and their work environment. The purpose of Ergonomics is to keep the worker safe, comfortable and productive. Ergonomics can be applied to everything you do, whether you're working construction or planting your garden.
